Hence, our name ('YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL'):

Our diaeresis symbolizes the union of our two worlds: food intolerances and the veggie world.
We are a gluten-free and lactose-free restaurant, but also free of animal-derived ingredients, creating an inclusive space for everyone.

always enjoyed good food as owners of traditional restaurants, but over time, they saw how friends, family, and even themselves had to give up certain dishes. Every dining experience repeated the same story: a menu full of options, but only one dish without gluten, dairy, or animal-derived ingredients. Ordering food or gathering with friends became more of a challenge than a pleasure.
It was then, in the midst of the pandemic, that the idea of Pötstot was born.
