Our dedication to safety and excellence has established us as a trusted and beloved gastronomic destination for people with celiac disease or other dietary restrictions.
We take great care in the preparation and handling of food, ensuring there is no risk of cross-contamination. We are very strict with the technical sheets we request from our suppliers.
In our kitchen, there’s no room for gluten: no grain or trace comes into contact with our dishes. Additionally, every ingredient we use is completely free of animal origin.
Since our opening, we have been endorsed by the Association of Celiacs of Catalonia, supporting our work. We offer a service with strict preparation processes and staff awareness.
